My Story
Hi there! My name is Mary Lusk, and I love exploring new attractions near and far. I live in Colorado with my husband, as “almost empty nesters.” I’m a mother of two: an accomplished son and a goal-driven daughter. Our state has abundant beauty and unique tourist sites for any lover of fitness to experience. Getting outdoors is the #1 must-do in Colorado.
We’re from Pennsylvania originally, but we ventured out to Colorado in 2015 for a change of pace and to enjoy postcard scenery every day.

Writing has always been my passion since grade school. For fun, I love writing poetry and short stories. To ghostwrite for holistic health and lifestyle professionals is my dream, and I’m finally living my best career yet.

Our daughter was a competitive gymnast for 13 years, and we traveled throughout the United States for her competitions. And to finish off her competition career, we visited Montreal, Canada. What an amazing trip. These travels offered unique opportunities to stay active through tackling new hikes and city sites.
It was crucial to provide high-level nutrition and naturally safe alternatives for our gymnast to continue her rigorous lifestyle. I created healthy snacks, safe medicinal remedies, and provided sports massage therapy for her.
Traveling can bring difficulties for eating healthy, sleeping well, and staying fit. With my experience, holistic education, and motherly intuition, she thrived and succeeded during her competitions.
Choosing performance-based foods, proper hydration, and balancing sleep with her gym practice became my most important job.
International travel to experience new lifestyles is my dream life.
Now that our daughter is training to be a professional pilot, our vacation calendar should fill up soon:)
